Susan Helms began teaching comprehensive Pilates 10 years ago. She is a Registered Nurse and a Nationally Certified Pilates Instructor. She has taught at Ice Athletic Center, Beacon Health and Fitness, and she owns Purposeful Pilates. She has been married for 27 years and has three children. She has a passion for teaching and helping her clients achieve their personal exercise goals.
Nicole Majewski is a 2003 graduate of Saint Mary’s College (go Belles!) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Dance. She has been dancing for the past 31 years and teaching for 17 years. Her dance styles include all forms of Ballroom, Latin, and Swing dancing. She has placed as Top Teacher at Indiana Challenge Ballroom Competition in 2015 and 2016.
Nicole’s additional dance background includes: tap, jazz, ballet, hip-hop, musical theatre, lyrical, modern, Andrean High School Pom Squad, and gymnastics. She has had the opportunity to teach/assist Showchoir Camps in Amsterdam, Walt Disney World, Ohio, and Illinois. Nicole is also a choreographer for Brandywine Community Schools Theatre Programs, in Michigan.
Kevin Guy teaches all of the major ballroom styles of dance and more; his specialty is teaching social ballroom. He has been dancing since 1997 and started teaching more than 10 years ago. Kevin is also a professional DJ (check out Kevin’s DJ and Dance on Facebook).
Kevin volunteers each year for Marshall County’s Plymouth Dancing With The Stars event by dancing with at least 2 celebrities and DJing the after-party.
Jill Halloran-Barnes is a math and computer science teacher that loves to dance and workout. In addition to PiYo, she enjoys pilates, yoga, aerial yoga and zumba. She has been a certified PiYo instructor since November of 2017 and has been offering PiYo after school to her co-workers. She wants to bring this great workout class to more people and help support the dance studio she loves.
